Diana Ross is named in Michael Jackson's will as guardian to his three kids

Some media claim Michael Jackson mentioned fellow singer Diana Ross in his will as the guardian to his kids in case his 80 year old mother Katherine Jackson can’t care for them.

In the same long-awaited 5 page document, Michael didn’t mention his ex wife and mother of his two kids, Debbie Rowe, so she’s sure not to get the kids and not to get a single cent from the King Of Pop’s estate.

Diana Ross was nominated as guardian to MJs minor kids in his 2002 will, TheDailyMail.co.uk reports.

Michael and Diana, 65, first met in 1960s as they were signed to the same record label. Then later they starred in The Wiz in 1978.

According to reports, Michael has always seen Ross as a mother figure and was even rumored to undergo facial surgery to copy her features.

While Michael’s will has already been leaked on the internet, his family still claim they’ve never seen the document.

The Jackson family lawyer, Brian Oxman said:

Katherine Jackson has filed a petition in the court in Los Angeles saying that they have not seen any will. And no one that I know of has ever seen the will, so we simply don’t know. That will will be presented in time. I think that it’s a little slow in being presented. But if it is Michael’s will, certainly that’s got to be his desires. That’s got to be his case. But as of this moment, no one has seen the will or even knows about it.”

Is the Diana-Ross-the-guardian will fake then?

Michael Jackson named his friend Diana Ross guardian to his three children
