Tanning disasters – 5 must-avoid celeb looks

Going orange?

Looking at celebs sometimes I can’t help but ask myself ‘What were they thinking?’

Having too much fake tan can be dangerous, I don’t mean the skin, I mean reputation. There’s nothing good about being labeled a tanning disaster, right?

So here are my hand-picked horrible celebrity fake tan looks I’d strongly recommend you avoid:

5. Channing Tatum

Channing Tatum is a fake tan disaster in New York

He’s a hottie but even hotties have bad fake tan days. Newlywed Channing loked too orange for his usual self while promoting G.I. Joe in New York.

Was he too busy to look in the mirror before leaving the hotel room?

4. Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan is a tanning disaster sometimes

She’s launched her own fake tan line but the actress/singer/entrepreneur does not always make the right tanning choices herself. One day she can go too pale – the other she’s too orange. Lindsay needs balance, and it’s not only tanning I’m talking about.

3. Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera once was an example of a real fake tan disaster

I know this horrible orange-going-brown color deserves a much higher position but I rank Christina #3 for not doing such obvious fake tan faux pas any more. She’s over with her vamp vixen image, she’s back to old Hollywood glamour. Good for her.

2. Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham is an ultimate fake tan disaster

She’s a fake tan queen, no doubt. Even though having immense tanning experience, Victoria can’t help but make a mistake now and then.

Your thoughts, will she ever go natural at all?

1. Valentino

Valentino is a must-avoid fake tan look

Of course, he’s the #1 must-avoid tanning look. Despite my respect and admiration for him as a fashion maven and designer, I can’t miss this tanning part of his personality.

WHY? That’s the question I can’t stop asking.

If I were him I’d fire all my assistants just for not telling me I look awfully orange on the redcarpet.

I’m not him so I can simply go on and bitch about it.
