Rihanna has released her first book
Rihanna the book author arrived at Barnes & Noble store in New York yesterday to sign books for her fans.
Ri’s coffee table book entitled Rihanna chronicles her first solo tour and bears the same logo as Rihanna’s latest album Rated R.
It is gonna be a coffee table book with all of these images that people have never seen before,” Rihanna said in her interview in January this year. “It’s like a backstage pass, like a fashion book. It is a creation of Rated R from step one all the way to what it is now. From all the steps, how it was created and how it came to this.”
For the book Rihanna teamed up with artistic director Simon Henwood who stood behind the Rated R promo campaign. Henwood is also the one who designed the ‘R’ logo seen on both book and album covers.
Basically, Rihanna chronicles Simon Henwood’s work for Rihanna.
