Meg will receive a lifetime achievement award as best international actress at this year’s Bambis, one of Germany’s top media honors.
The Bambi Awards are annual ceremony for the entertainment industry organized by Germany’s Hubert Burda Media group since 1948.
She is currently appearing in The Women, a Mick Jagger produced chick flick in which she plays a high-living society wife who finds her marriage falling apart.
Other Bambi winners this year include US actor Keanu Reeves, Spanish tenor Placido Domingo and US fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger.
Ryan is scheduled to collect her golden Bambi in person at a gala ceremony in Germany on November, 27.
