Katy Perry and Russell Brand buy a New York City penthouse
Soon-to-be-married Katy Perry and Russell Brand have added a new apartment to the collection of love pads around the world. The couple, who are said to tie the knot next month, have purchased a two-bedroom penthouse in Manhattan’s trendy TriBeca District.
Katy and Russell paid $2.7 million for the North Moore Street 1,500-square-foot condo that’s said to have two levels, two bathrooms, shiny wooden floors, high-ceilings, an in-set bookcase, and a terrace overlooking NYC.
According to the source, the coupe refer to their new apartment as “NYC Crash Pad” and it does look beautiful (see the photos here).
The New York apartment joins the LA mansion Katy Perry and Russell Brand bought late last year right before getting engaged on New Year’s Eve in India.
