The British beauty decided to keep on designing her own line for UK high street fashion chain Topshop to set herself a stimulating new challenge.
Kate Moss said:
Modelling can be a bit brain damaging. Starting my own brand was what I needed to do. I only model if there are such good jobs that you don’t want to say no to. All that dressing up makes me say, ‘What do I want to wear?’ and, ‘What do I want to do with Topshop?’ It all kind of leads into the other things.”
And then there’s her other very important project for Kate at the moment – 5 years old daughter Lila Grace.
I’m a mum. All the time. Every day I put my daughter to bed.”
Cat walk super model also told American Vogue August 2008 issue for which she put on an elegant look:
I’ve got a house and a daughter and all that, but I still like to have fun. Even in my business we still have fun. I am still acting like a 17-year-old. I definitely haven’t become middle-aged.”
Kate admits she enjoys being able to lead a luxurious life, but isn’t motivated by fame and fortune:
I like making money. But I don’t call people up every day to see how much I’ve made. As long as I have what I need at the time. I mean, I can buy the house that I want.”
This woman is one of my favorite celebrities for sure. Sophistication, grace, elegance, style – she has all that even wearing a potato sack.
