Leading star of X-Men Origins: Wolverine and this year’s Oscar host, Hugh Jackman, was honored with his own plate in the forecourt of the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. The ceremony was held yesterday.
Hugh, 40, arrived with is wife and children to leave huge hand and footprints in front of dozens of his fans and photographers and, thus, get immortalized in cement and movie history forever and ever.
I have to tell you, this particular block of real estate has brought me two moments in my life I thought would never ever happen. Hosting the Oscars and now here today. It means the world to me to be here,” He said in his speech. “I know how much I owe to this character (Wolverine). If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be here.”
Congrats Hugh, though I still don’t consider you to be the sexiest man alive.
