Guess it’s a grueling task to balance career and family. Some people do it well, some people fail to do it at all. For all those girls out there who need a role model in family-career-management, check out this list below.
Forbes compiled a list of Hardest Working Hollywood Moms 2008. I wasn’t surprised to see Angelina Jolie here on the list, though I thought she’d be ranked higher. I was surprised Reese Withersoop made it so far to the top, good job, Reese!

9. Kimora Lee Simmons, $ 12 million

The Oscar-winning actress has two children with director husband.
7. Heidi Klum, $ 14 million
Project Runway host who has three children with singer husband Seal is expecting her fourth child now.
6. Angelina Jolie, $14 million
The Salt star and one of the most beautiful actresses in Tinseltown has six children with partner Brad Pitt.

4. Julia Roberts, $17 million

3. Gwyneth Paltrow, $20 million
The Iron Man star and fashion icon Gwyneth has two children, Apple and Moses, with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
2. Reese Witherspoon, $24 million
Avon spokesperson and talented actress has two children with ex hubby Ryan Phillippe.
1. Madonna, $110 million
The 50 year old Material girl and Hard Candy was the best earning mother last year due to her sales of her latest album, a super successful tour and product endorsement deals. Now divorced, Madonna has three children from her previous relationships.
