Harry Potter lead star and the highest grossing lead actor of the day Daniel Radcliffe, 20, turns out to be a huge fan of Big Apple as he’s just recently purchased his third property in the city.
Daniel is a happy owner of a $6 million townhouse in West Village.
This lovingly renovated townhouse is one of three adjoining homes built by a sea captain in 1847 for his three daughters,” the brochure reads. “The property is on one of New York’s most picturesque tree-lined landmark cobblestone blocks, West 12th Street, between Greenwich and Washington Streets. The 18 plus-foot-wide house faces South, and is soaked in sunlight throughout the day. The sizeable open garden and backyard is cooled by beautiful old trees and landscaping.”
Sounds beautiful.

Daniel has probably purchased the house to become his NY home when he gets back to Broadway next year after his successful performance in Equus in 2007.
On the other hand, buying the townhouse seems like for investment purposes only as it’s the third property Daniel buys in the city. He also owns a $5 million fifth-floor apartment in a “sexy new development” in the SoHo district that he currently leases for almost $5,000 a week and a $5 million three-bedroom condo apartment with beautiful views across the Hudson River.
These purchases make a pretty impressive property empire. And this guy is only 20! I’m thinking a new Donald Trump, you?
